New Leadership at reStart
We would like to share with you that Evie Craig, president and CEO of reStart for the past 16 years, has accepted a new position within the Kansas City nonprofit community. We thank her for her many years of service and wish her all the best in her new endeavors.
We are also pleased to let you know that Ellen Kort, previously executive director of both the Jewish Heritage Foundation and the Jewish Community Center, will serve as our interim executive director. We welcome Ellen to reStart, and our Board of Directors will soon begin the search for a new ED.
During this time, please be assured that reStart will continue to provide the life-saving services our community depends upon us for — providing housing and supportive services for homeless youth, families, women and men. We appreciate your support for our mission, and we look forward to the great things reStart will continue to accomplish.
