Here’s Who We Helped in 2018
2,505 people came to us for help last year, including:
1,917 single adults and 154 families (which included 588 individuals)
459 of those individuals were age 17 and younger
237 were veterans
231 were unaccompanied youth
201,956 bed nights of shelter provided
400,770 meals served
568 individuals were placed in permanent housing
Please note that we now have new hours for dropping off in-kind donations at reStart. We are only able to accept drop-off donations on Wednesdays and Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Please see our “Contributions” page for new guidelines on what in-kind items are accepted.
Volunteering for reStart?
If so, please note that effective January 1, 2019 all volunteers are required to have a fingerprint background check prior to volunteering at reStart. Please contact Ann Klockau, Volunteer Manage, for information.
